Professional Achievements:
Nancy's career began in the hospitality industry, where she quickly rose through the ranks from receptionist to Head of Sales & Marketing at 4-star and 5-star international standard hotels at a young age, eventually becoming the General Manager at Oakwood Apartments. Her deep understanding of customer service and attention to detail laid a solid foundation for her success in other industries.
In addition, Nancy played a pivotal role as a Country Head for Regus Coworking Vietnam, where she oversaw the development and launch of coworking spaces. Her expertise in creating efficient, flexible workspaces helped Regus establish a strong foothold in Vietnam’s rapidly growing coworking sector.
Nancy's extensive experience also includes a focus on shopping malls, where she held a position of General Manager of a pre-opening shopping mall projects, Gamuda Land working with international brands to deliver retail and commercial spaces that are both innovative and business-friendly. These diverse professional experiences equipped Nancy with the insights and leadership qualities she would later apply to her work at STS Industrial.
Besides her impressive experience in hospitality, coworking, and retail, Nancy served as the Head of Assets in Vietnam at Colliers. In this role, she led the company’s asset management division, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Her strategic vision and deep understanding of the real estate market allowed her to drive profitability and growth, positioning Colliers International as a key player in Vietnam’s assets market.
