Saigon Marina IFC is 55 floors above ground and 5 basements, with a total area of more than 106,000 m², of which 87,000 m² is Class A office space, the rest is for shopping malls, restaurants, and high-end amenities. This is one of the three tallest towers in Vietnam, meeting LEED Gold standards with more than 30% of the area dedicated to green space.
