On February 18, 2025, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company officially announced and launched the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project (Phu My 3 Da Nang IP), located in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City. The move is a strategic step to capture a new wave of investment and leverage Da Nang's locational advantages.

The project has received in-principle investment approval from the Prime Minister, investor approval from the Da Nang People's Committee, and an Investment Registration Certificate from the Da Nang Management Board of Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, all issued in February 2025.
