The investment project for the construction and business operation of infrastructure in Phu Binh Industrial Park (Thai Nguyen), with a scale of 675 hectares and a total investment capital of VND 11,492.463 billion, has been approved by the People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen Province. The investment policy and investor approval for Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) were granted under Decision No. 2516/QĐ-UBND dated June 30, 2025.

The project is located in Phu Binh, Kha Son, and Tan Thanh communes (newly consolidated administrative units) of Thai Nguyen Province. The operational term is 50 years from the date the investment policy was approved. The project implementation period is 60 months from the date the State allocates the land.
