Yen Bang Industrial Cluster (Diamond Complex) is a 50 ha industrial cluster in Y Yen commune, Ninh Binh Province (formerly Yen Hong and Yen Bang communes, Y Yen district, Nam Dinh Province). It sits close to the new administrative and urban centre of Ninh Binh after the merger of Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh and Ha Nam, and suits manufacturers that need mid-sized plots, completed infrastructure and quick access to Hanoi and seaports.

• About 7 km to Ninh Binh centre and about 5 km to Hoa Lu ward centre.
• About 85 km to central Hanoi and about 115 km to Noi Bai Airport.

The cluster is planned on 50 ha with a planned expansion to 75 ha. Of this, 38.45 ha is factory land, currently divided into 18 vacant plots of 0.99 ha to 3.03 ha, suitable for small and medium manufacturers as well as plants needing 5 – 6 ha by combining plots. The rest is for the management and service area (0.71 ha), greenery and water (5.2 ha), technical infrastructure (0.59 ha) and internal roads (5 ha).

Adjacent plots can be combined for larger sites. Plots fronting National Road 10 and along the North – South expressway suit logistics use.

• Power: from the 35 kV line of Ninh Binh Power, with a dedicated substation and control area.
• Water supply: total demand about 1,800 m³/day, piped to each factory.
• Stormwater: separate system with D600 – D1500 mm underground drains.
• Wastewater: central treatment plant, discharge meeting Column A of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
• Fire protection: hydrants at internal junctions and a dedicated fire pump station.
• Telecoms and green belts along the internal roads.
