See The Space is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin to support both our office administration and industrial park operations.

📌 What You’ll Do

Office Administration

• Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
• Manage office supplies, assets, documents, and service vendors
• Support meetings, company events, and internal activities
• Assist with administrative paperwork, payments, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations

Industrial Park Administration & Operations

• Provide administrative support for industrial park operations
• Maintain and organize tenant records, contracts, documents, and databases
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, service providers, and internal teams
• Follow up on tenant requests and ensure timely coordination and resolution
• Support the Leasing and Operations teams with administrative and client-related tasks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Office Administration, Operations, or a related role
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Good working proficiency in English
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Experience in real estate, industrial parks, logistics, or property management is a plus
