Location and connectivity
- About 3 km to the HCMC – Trung Luong – My Thuan expressway and 5 km to National Road 1A.
- About 70 km to Tan Son Nhat Airport and 105 km to Long Thanh Airport.
- About 70 km to Hiep Phuoc port, 75 km to Long An International Port and 78 km to Cat Lai port.
- Borders Provincial Road 866B to the north and Long Giang IP to the east; an inland waterway port is planned inside the park.
Project scale
With 470 ha in total and about 362.8 ha of leasable land, IDICO Tan Phuoc 1 is one of the largest industrial land banks being prepared for the market in former Tien Giang. By August 2026 the developer had completed most compensation and received about 360 ha for phase 1. The size suits both companies that need large plots for custom-built plants and projects that expand in phases. Once operating, the park is expected to create jobs for about 20,000 workers.
