Building Operation Management Work Stage:
1. Reception and preparation stage:
Recruit & train appropriate Management Board personnel
Develop sets of procedures, standards for controlling work, services, rules, regulations, manuals for operations
Select subcontractors to provide regular services at the Building: contractors providing security services, cleaning services, landscape care.
Check to ensure safe operating conditions for technical systems, fire prevention and fighting systems, wastewater treatment systems of the Building inspected and licensed by the competent authority.
Receive and hand over legal documents, documents related to the Building: fire prevention and fighting records, environmental records, completion records, drawings, technical documents.
Purchase and equip tools and equipment for daily operations; prepare all conditions for putting the Building into operation.
2. Operation phase:
