Job Description: Marketing – Google Ads Lead Generation
Main Objective
Take primary responsibility for building strategies, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads, directly supporting the Sales team of seethespace.vn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an overall Google Ads strategy aligned with business objectives and each sales stage.
- Directly execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns: Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max.
- Analyze customer insights, select high-intent keywords, and closely monitor search terms.
- Design and optimize account structure (campaign – ad group – keyword – ad).
- Set up, test, and optimize tracking & conversions (forms, calls, bookings, CRM).
- Work closely with the Sales team to evaluate lead quality, filter out low-quality leads, and optimize actual CPA.
- Optimize landing pages in terms of content, CTA, and UX to improve conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and sustainable lead growth.
- Report performance, analyze data, and propose optimization solutions on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads Lead Generation.
- Proven experience managing large budgets and being responsible for KPIs related to CPA / lead quantity & quality.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, measurement, and attribution.
- Performance-driven, data-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Web, Content).
- Preference for candidates with experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, or high-end services.
