Job Description – Industrial Business Development Executive

Position Overview
The Industrial Business Development Executive is responsible for sourcing clients, managing the full leasing cycle, and supporting industrial real estate transactions from initial inquiry to final contract execution. The role requires strong communication, market awareness, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Advisory & Transaction Management
- Respond to leasing inquiries and provide tailored industrial property options.
- Pprepare proposals, and manage client follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of quotations, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and transaction summaries.
- Coordinate with legal, asset management, and operations teams throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update deal progress in internal systems.
2. Client Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.
- Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and new industrial developments.
- Collect and analyze market comparables (market comps) to support pricing strategies.
- Identify and proactively approach businesses with expansion or relocation needs.
3. Marketing & Listing Management
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate listings across See The Space and digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Assist in preparing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, tour books, and 3D/virtual content.
- Support tenant events, industry networking activities, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial real estate or B2B commercial leasing (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Business-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
