Job Description – Industrial Business Development Executive
SEE the SPACE IS HIRING | LEASING CONSULTANT – INDUSTRIAL PARK
SEE the SPACE is looking for a driven Leasing Consultant to join our Industrial Real Estate team, focusing on leasing opportunities across industrial parks in Vietnam.
📌 What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with prospective tenants
- Advise clients on factories, warehouses, industrial land, and other industrial real estate solutions
- Generate new business through direct outreach, networking, brokers, referrals, and other channels
- Understand clients’ business and operational requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective tenants
- Manage the leasing pipeline from lead generation → site visit → negotiation → closing
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, legal teams, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
- Prepare proposals, quotations, market information, and leasing materials
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industrial real estate developments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants, brokers, and business partners
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate, industrial real estate, commercial leasing, logistics, B2B sales, or related fields
- Strong sales and business development mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, driven, and results-oriented with strong ownership
- Comfortable working with both local and international clients
- Good English communication skills
- Existing network in manufacturing, logistics, FDI, or industrial real estate is a plus
