Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Manager specializing in Industrial Services based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Leasing Manager will handle lease negotiations and administration, conduct market research to identify business opportunities, and oversee property management activities. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with clients and managing resident retention to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing leases and lease administration
- Proficiency in market research and the ability to identify opportunities in the industrial leasing sector
- Strong skills in client retention and client relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Familiarity with the industrial real estate market is a plus
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field
